Mouse Click Objects - direct your waitress by clicking objects on the main screen (people, tables, coffee machine, pop cooler, kitchen window, wash window)
Mouse Click Menu Items (bottom) - click on these items to attend to them
Mouse to either side of screen - Move the screen window left or right
