Aim Fire - Mouse
Move - Left/Right Arrows or A and D Keys
Jump - Up Arrow or W Key
Kneel - Down Arrow or A Key
Select Weapons "1-5" keys or "E" Key + mouse wheel
Use Medikit "6" or "Q" Key
Jump Down a Level - Down Arrow + "A" Key twice
